The truth of the matter is several APCO execs live on Lay. The run of the river thing is just an excuse to keep the water level up. AND. The extra water is helping to cover the pollutants that KC released into the Coosa River way back in the day. Remember when you couldn't eat the fish from Lay Lake? And I have caught more than one with some really weird fins and 3 eyes.

It is really sad that we lose so much water so early. Be that as it may. I'd rather be here than anywhere else I know of. I looked at a couple of places on Lay before buying here. Need I say more?
