Mine is in amazingly great shape. I lost one board and it could actually be nailed back down. I'm sure there will be plenty of debris once the water goes down some more but as was stated below, this was my first flood and I was imprssed.

I heard there were 12 boats and pwc's that the MP's found and had returned to the rightful owners. And that someone "lost" a 2 story floating pier that nobody had seen yet. Maybe that pilot from Indiana took it.

I was also told not to pressure wash the pier. Just scrub it with some mild soap and a bristle brush and some clean water and all should be good as new. Probably have to replace some nails soon. Good thing about the cold this week, it will also be dry and help to dry stuff out.
