Cletus Gooch of Possom Gap, GA has shingles. He shows up at the doctors office in town. The receptionist asks him why he is there. "I got shingles" he tells her. She has him fill out the standard paper work and makes copies his drivers license and insurance card. She then tells him to take a seat.

Twenty minutes later a nurse's aid comes out and asks Cletus why he is there. "I got shingles" he explains. She takes him to the back, takes his blood pressure, records his height and weight, and takes two tubes of blood and escorts Cletus to a vacant exam room.

About 30 minutes later a nurse comes in and asks Cletus why he is there. "I got shingles" he again explains. The nurse checks his pulse, listens to his heart, does an electrocardiogram and tells cletus to take off all his clothes and wait.

Cletus does as instructed and sits naked waiting patiently for the doctor. After 45 minutes the doctor finally walks into the room, looks over at the nude Cletus and says "Well Mr Gooch, I understand you have shingles. Where do you have them?" "They's outside in my pickup. Whar do youins 'speck me ta dump'em?"
