You are welcome to be my neighbor. I respect you and think you would make a good neighbor. I would like to see it happen.

I would appreciate you retracting comments concerning your perception of my foolish behavior. Jim, I do not have to stay in a travel trailer. I have my Brother's place on the Lake to stay in in comfort. I have already made three trips to Alabama this year prior to the building starting. I have spent hours in person and on the phone with my builder and some of his subs. Once the building starts, I will probably be down as much as I am in VA. I personally designed my Lake House with the input of my Spouse. A good architect put it into a buildable print. I have payments structured as progress is made and based upon personal inspection. It is not somthing I am taking lightly.

Maybe, I should say I appreciate your concern, but it does not feel so.
