I watched the video and have to agree with MM. Standing there with a drink kinda looks strange if a guy is treatening to hit you with a hammer.

As to the sale of Google, you can't just isolate one stock but rather look at all the trades at year end. Look at the attached and you will also see sizable losses from sale of other stock. The losses were used, I assume, to offset the profit in Google. Paul runs an investment firm and part if his stradegy is to buy calls and then exercise them whereby he becomes the owner of the stock.

Conflicts exist within Congress and even the Supreme Cout. Just look at the Thomas family. Sadly, that's the nature of the beast.
