but it's not likely. As spring moves into summer the cold fronts that bring us the soaking rains needed to finish filling the lake, give way to summer thunder storms that may wet a smaller area but not the whole watershed which is what is needed.

Interestingly, I read a long range weather prediction that called for the start of an El Nino period by late summer. El Nino brings cooler, wetter weather to the Southeast. In fact, this prediction called for a hot early summer, with a cooler late summer and fall. Pray for rain.
