Subject:   APC LOTS

I looked at most of the lots from the road and was not impressed. Most are end of slough (swampy) lots, some had good views but probably shallow water. Looks like APC was seeing if they could unload bad inventory. Houses around these lots looked to be 15-30 years old - I guess APC rented the good stuff years ago and now figure the market is hungry enough to take anything. By the way, rental rates are up by 50-75% over the past 3-4 yrs.

I'd love to go the bid opening, but can't. If anyone goes, take notes and let us know what people are bidding.
