How some people make a false claim and then reference an article that they suppose ''proves'' the claim which is in fact completely unrelated.  You seem to think there is a leftwing conspiracy under every rock and see nonexistant information in articles that the rest of the world sees as news about responsible private companies actually finally taking reasonable precautions that should have been taken a long time ago.  Trying to stop foreign bots, hackers and trolls from disrupting our elections and spreading ''fake'' news is not ''scary'' and is not an effort at squelching conservative opinion.
