Not sure about that but he sure talks like he might be a candidate for ''traitor of the week''.
I think an old story illustrates that ''smart'' people are not always very smart. Prof Albert Einstein took a train from Princeton, NJ. When the conductor came aroung asking for tickets the professor checked in all his pocket to find his ticket...nothing, he searches his brief case...still nothing, next feeling in the creases between the seats...zilch, finally he is crawling around on he floor searching. The conductor is embarressed and says ''Professor please don't worry. I recognize you and completely trust you bought a ticket.'' Einstein replies, ''I appreciate that sir but what you don't understand is if I can't find that ticket I have no idea where I'm supposed to get off this train.''
I think the ''smartest man in the world'' probably couldn't find his azz with two hands.
