There is usually at least one tournament every Saturday on the lake, and Wind Creek is the most popular place to hold them. They should be able to give you the information you need.

As an aside, many tournaments have 3:00 weigh ins, so the competitors will head for Wind Creek between 2 or 2:30, depending on how far away from the ramp they are fishing. After that time, there are only a few fishermen left on the lake. I do my best fishing after the tournament guys have left Little Kowaliga for the other end of the lake, especially this time of year as the bass are chasing shad in the backs of creeks in the late afternoon. I seldom see another bass boat, even when running on the main lake.
