Subject:   Spring Garden Pepper Plants,,,

I want to add some type of pepper to my tomatoes. Peppers to be used in salads, cooking and some for canning. I don't know anything about peppers except eating them.
We buy jars of pepperocini which are like rings and relatively mild. Like those.
What do you suggest? Maybe 2 plants, not a huge crop. And not blazing hot either. Never understood eating something that hurts.
