I took the small rubber plug on the line from the voltage regulator and got between 12.8 and 13.4 form idle to half throtttle. I think the gauge is going bad or sticking. How much should voltage drop with red/green and overhead white light on ? I might have a voltage drain from the squirrels maybe chewing on wires. They have chewed the stereo wires and the vacumn line for speedo that I have had to fix. The light are not LED but just regular bulbs. Can I replace with LED bulbs without changing light fixtures.
