  A New Yorker went to Miami on vacation. As he was walking down the street he was approached by a Lady of the Evening who said to him, "I'm selling. Are you buying?"

"I buy, I buy!, said he!

 He returned to New York and soon found out that wasn't all he bought!

On his next vacation he went back to Miami and walking down the same street met the same"lady". 

  " I am selling, Are you buying" she said?

   "What are you selling this year" he asked? Cancer?
