What is a grouper scallop? Is that anything like shrimp scampi?

From Wikipedia: "Scampi is a culinary name for a kind of small lobster, also known as Nephrops norvegicus, Norway lobster, Dublin Bay prawn, langoustine or, to avoid ambiguity, "true scampi". Monkfish tail may also be referred to as scampi."

So is grouper scallops a particular way of cooking grouper?
