We use them to do our termite control and we just added pest control and they did our first service call today.  I watched him do his work using my cameras and we shall whether it helps.  The cost for my house is $75 per quarter and they will come back out and re-treat if there is a problem.  Had fun watching him sweep up the spider webs and wasp nests and stomp on the wasps.  We always liked their services on the termite side and I'm sure will also with the pest control.  Apparently my wife was getting tired of sweeping up dead bugs every time we go down there for the weekend.....she can be funny about the things she doesn't like.  :-)
