"Land between the lakes" is an undeveloped part of the Lake Martin environment basically between the area north of Kowaliga Marina and the Parker Creek area. If you bring up Google Maps and choose the satellite view you will see NO homes or docks. I would imagine at some point in the future it will be developed but for now we revel in observing nature untouched in that area.
