The humerous part of this commentary is that Bookman blames the legislature for not allocating monies to fund a study determining how much water is available until now!
I would imagine that any information needed by the Georgia legislature can be gleaned from the COE with a simple phone call. Read the blog afterward, we have had very intelligent debate on this site for over 8 months that we should be proud of.
