One thing I wonder about.  It can't be easy to behead someone.  And presumably, the person being beheaded is not passively sitting there waiting  and accepting what is about to happen.  And presumably there were other people there.  So what were they doing? Eventually a co-worker, who happend to have a gun, shot the attacker.  But why didn't some one else go after him with anything - a chair, some other piece of equipment.
