My take is that in his effort to be "honest" with the American people, he feels that he can't say it's going to be okay when he's not sure it will.

I think it's a fine line between lying and trying to be positive. But it didn't help today when Warren Buffet said that the global economy is falling off a cliff.

It's been my experience that negativity feeds on negativity much more than being positive.

I did my part today and went shopping. I was depressed after watching the news this morning on the banking crisis.
