I find it funny that you said this: "You can't put words in my mouth." And then, you followed it with this: "WSMS is the one who said things had changed....NOT ME. I am saying I see boat courtesy today."

What did you do? You put words in the mouth of WSMS! I read the posts, and yes, he said things have changed.++++++
