great leadership by the govenor to get this done. I guess the polls that favor the govenors position started to weigh on the democrats in the state legislature and they came back in to session ... or maybe it was that they were going to be charged with not fulfilling the duties they were elected to do.

Either way ... the bill will pass today and word is that some of the dems will now vote in favor as well ... my my how the lights went on.
