We haven't had a drought year since 2000, before that I think it was way back in the 80's when we had low summer lake levels. If by 'trend' you mean the 10ft draw down you can bet your bottom dollar that it will continue till at least 2013 when the license is renewed.

Smart money is buying while the doom and gloom folks are running scared of a little low water.
