He claimed many years ago to be 72 so if that was true he's pushing 80 a a verbal threat is as for as it would go...lol.  But he also used to claim he worked in a small group firm and although retired still went into the office several times a week.  I can imagine the eyerolls when th old fool showed up, thats if you believe anything he says, which I don't becuase recently he claimed he worked alone in a solo practice.
