I’ve been driving for many decades and have yet to see a station person pour an additive into a ground tank or truck. Many years ago, the big names in gas companies stopped delivering with logo tankers, when people realized the logo meant nothing, just like the additive BS. My father-in-law owned a Standard Oil station for 50 years and never added anything. Not saying additives weren’t made, but it’s more about justifying higher priced gas than improved gas. Personally, my career made me drive 40,000 to 50,000 miles per year for nearly 40 years, and I ALWAYS bought gas from the cheapest guy in town….because if the cheapest guy went out of business we were all screwed….still do the same thing. I have never had a problem with an auto that was gas oriented! Boats…..yes, because of dimokrap alcohol added to good gas.
