You got it exactly right. My friends have a fabulous home with a golf course in a gated neighborhood but not enough water to swim off their dock ....even in the summer! I liked it. But I did not love it. (by the way, we saw SNAKES sunning on the docks!!! Is that allowed in the covenants and restrictions???)
