From previous posts you have stated that you are looking for rental property. The positives to this property are that it has easy access to Atlanta and Birmingham being close to 280. A renter might not care about anything but lake access and spend little time in a condo.
They might not care if they face 280. How much are condo fees? Wouldn't be my choice for a primary residence.
