Mr Gordon (or at least his employee) hooked my mothers hot water heater up backwards. Hot to Cold and vice versa. When he came back out to fix it, he tried to charge her. I had pulled the hot water heater outside the previous day because it was leaking so he stated he could not tell which pipe was hot and which was cold....

I'm not sure who to call now but Gordon is off my list.
