The fact is we know that she never used a .gov email.  She has acknowledged this.  100% of her email traffic went through her private server.  Another fact, information is not classified because it is marked.  It is classified because of the nature of the information and should be marked classified.  To send classified information without proper marking and via unsecured systems is a violation of the law.  In my view, to send SAP information via an unsecured email system is treason.  Not that she will ever be indicted for these violations......in a banana republic laws are for us little people and not for political elites.
