It was at about the four week point that I began to despair, to be impatient, and want the discomfort to go away. Give it a couple more weeks, and stay with those exercises. I don't like the expression "no pain, no gain, but you have to limber up all those tendons and cartilages and introduce them to the "new normal". Don't be surprised if your new knee "pops" when you walk. It just happens and if there is no pain, there is nothing to worry about!
