This is my complaint about so many local businesses -- just the total lack of customer service. They don't care if you have a good experience or not, and it's not just restaurants.

I want to support local businesses, but when they act like they don't really care about your business one way or the other, why should I care if they go under?

I agree that the service at Oskars is good, but the food doesn't do much for me. Basically the same quality I could cook at home -- so why pay to go out?
