Anyone having recent issues with Baldwin Mutual Insurance? I was notified today that they were cancelling the coverage on my lake cabin on April 24. Reason given was that I have trees that could fall on the cabin (imagine that. A lake cabin with trees on the lot). Said they wouldn't cancell if I cut my trees. They don't say which trees. I've had the property insured with them since 1988 and have never filed a claim. Anyone know of another carrier for seasonal homes?
