Shumer has a very short memory. He says there has never been anything in the history of Congress that has been held in such "secrecy" as the ongoing meetings on passing a new Healhcare law. How does he conveniently overlook the "secrecy" that existed in the  passage of the Affordablle Care Act(Obama Care). It was promulgated in complete secrecy. Is there anyone that doesn't remember Nancy Pelosi's famous words, "We have to pass the the bill so that you can find out what's in it, away from the fog of the controversy".
