I agree. Your problem is with the laws that exist are not being enforced.....so what will making new laws do for you? I see the problem and it too infuriates me. However, we must stand up for ourselves not expect the laws to take care of us. Talking is ALWAYS an option! You must approach people in an approachable manner. They may not see your point but I guarantee they will not heed your point if your are rude and mad.

Embarrassment is always an option. The loud speaker may work and they may not wish to hang around the "crazy people" with the loud speaker! Although, be careful you are not breaking a law yourself...noise ordinances.

With litigation the way it is today...I would NOT recommend shooting anyone with anything!! Your position of "the waves were too big" is not going to hold a candle to "they shot my baby with a paint gun and now he has seizures, he drowned or......
