I agree that the government can't spend more than it takes in revenue, although periodically it is necessary for any country, family, or corporation to 'borrow' money to fund itself. Doing this overtime is not possible, nor fiscally responsible, I think. The need for a balanced budget is, in my opinion, a position shared by both conservatives and liberals. What else do you think we can agree on?
