Those are out of my price range but as someone who just bought, my priorities were big water views with no to little yard.

I work very hard and I wanted lake with views and a nice deck to relax on. No work.

I grew up with parents that had a second home on the water and all my memories are of trying to get attention from them while they did yard work...
