With all the debate going back and forth on Sinclairs, all I would like to say in closing is I do not understand why people that say yes it is bad, but it is at a lake and other lakes don't even have that good ... why is it they do not have higher standards/expectations for themself and the business they are paying their hard earned money to.

A business is a business. You should expect value and a level of quality and service by paying your money. The business in turn should have a desire to also provide that to earn your business. The problem is they have no competition so they do not have to try harder and can pretty much charge what they want.

My best anology is if you hirer a painter and his quality is bad and does an overall lousy job ... you don't say well this is at a lake so I don't expect more. You still expect the job to be done right if you are paying for it. The same should be for Sinclairs or any restaurant. Again the difference in my example is that you know if the painter did a bad job you would fire him and hire someone new ... because you have a choice. We do not have the same choice (yet) on this side of the lake. I believe if we did and a better option, Sinclairs would be hurting badly. I just look forward to that day ... or that they improve. Either would be fine by me.

Those that say, well stay home and cook ... I go to the lake to relax. Part of relaxing is my choice to cook or go out. We just happen to like to eat out, socialize with friends and not have to cook and clean up.
