If cleaning up the lake would take anything away from anyone that suffered a loss from the tornados, I would agree with you 100%, but a barge and crane company really is a specialized company that can't do much land clean up; therefore, cleaning up the lake won't delay helping clean up the land. The problem is with the paper pushers, and the lack of experience of the bureaucrats in positions to move the process forward. Too much political positioning and too little making it happen.
