What is new that has happened under Obama's watch is drug cartels taking over prime routes into the US. They then charge a fee for escorts and if the fee can't be paid, then the illegals get here by ferrying drugs across the border, usually well armed as well. This, as we can imagine, brings an unseemly breed of people, criminals if you will, into our communities in mass. Crime escalates, ranchers get murdered, and this is what frustrates Arizonans, the lack of Federal protection of our borders to keep this from occurring. Napolitano is incompetent and she is Obama's responsibility.
