There must be a dozen SeaDoos zipping around in our slough, and every one of them is being piloted by a kid who looks no older than 10. Which of course would be illegal, so I'm sure they're all just young-looking 14-year-olds. Even those that look to be about 7.  I wish the parents would at least teach them to respect dock-sitters, swimmers, kayakers, paddle boarders and other boaters if they're not going to teach them to repect the law.
