My understanding from reading what I could understand is that its for "economic aid" whatever the heck that means. You know what really happens with this money....only a small percentage gets to the intended beneficiary. The rest is siphoned off by the current ruling class and ends up in bank accounts in Switzerland or the Caymens. I frankly think that the Arab Spring is going to be a disaster for our national interests and will be a huge blemish on Obama's legacy as POTUS. Why we would send hundreds of millions to bolster coming Islamofascist regimes like we have in Iran is beyond me.
