Having been in business of destroying UXO, I happen to know that The Netherlands, France, and Germany are MUCH more efficient at on-location destruction of chemical weapons than are we.  The Germans, especially, are no-nonsense - “git ‘er done” - about it. 

The surprise is when Putin et al dupe us into the job… boots on the ground… at whose expense? On site… in the gun-sights of al Qaeda… using weapons we gave them.
