First of all I doubt they were citations, but simply violations so tells oh goofy one, how many health inspections have you been a party too? Why none Lifer but I am a good liberal and so much more intelligent and informed than all you deplorables.

Health inspection violations are broken into two categories and assigned a point value. Minor infractions may only cost a half point and one can get several with nothingore than an order to fix it before next inspection major violation however requires immediate corrective action r/t possible contamination etc. So ease oh great one, enlighten us to what violations were noted. There is no way any place with 78 major violations would still be operating..

Also let's consider timing. It been 3 years since POTUS came down the magnificent golden escalator to announce his candidacy. Three years with 78 violations, I wonder if it  could be coincidental? Of course it is so. Dims would never target their opponents for harassment.
