So let me make my choice.....the legal analsyis of lawyers like Turley or McCarthy or some anonymous leftist on the Lake Martin Forum.......let me see.....who to believe?!?!?  Oh wait, both these guys are brilliant legal minds with tremendous experience and expertise in the law and one is a leftist that believes so much that just isn't so and seems to have a thing for older people. 

Yeah, I think I'll go with my guys.  You left wing nuts make it so easy....like shooting fish in a barrel.
