Evidently AP will start letting the water down starting October 15th.

Does anyone know how quick the will try to get back to the proposed levels.

The Rule has the winter level (484') by November 22.  That is only 38 days instead of the Rule that has 83 days between full pool and winter level.  If they stiil want to be at winter level by November 22 that will reqiure a drop of a tad more than 2" per day.  The rule shows a drop of about 1" per day.
