That many who will vote for Dementia Joe it will be because of all the issues you listed.  I put that to be around 25% to 30% of the population.  Then there is the group that might generally agree with you but will only vote Democrat, and that's another 10%-15%.  What is left is the ones that decide every election and probably agree with 75% of what you wrote.  But they are also easily swayed by the mob.
