We bought a Weber Q 1200 years ago for fish for two and other very small cooks. Not bad. Thick steaks or chicken, ribs etc,, nope. This week I grilled 2 strips on the Q just to get out of the rain pouring down. Roof overhang. Thinner than normal. Brought them to 120* and took them off to rest. Not bad at all, even over gas.
