Well, it is like I tell my younger work colleagues: The only constant is change, there is very little you can do to influence it, it won't go back the way it was, and just make the best of the new reality. I think that observation applies especially to real etate development. A persistent developer will eventually outlast those opposing his or her development and it will become reality.
BTW, the first Bywater (heading toward the water) is at the bottom of a hill. The second is at the top of a hill, with the coosa 20 intersection with Glass Point Drive between the two.
