You are right as rain. I agree with you. The county needs some development regulation though like ...uh.... can I say it.....a nice zoning ordinance for openers. This is what I meant about choosing to control the growth rather than just react to it. When one of those ugly condos go up it's too late. That North Lake condo club is a prime example. Unless some strong leadership gets control of the association it is just a slum in progress.
