Some years ago, there was a program on that outlined why the buildings fell, and to the best of my recollection, what you heard is solid with what the program said.  It's good to know that they have been able to build a fitting memorial to that day and those that lost their lives.  If I ever get to NYC again, it is on my list of things to see.
