Subject:   Boat Anchoring

By law when your boat is anchored at night you have to display an anchor light. Common sense tells me that your boat is a hazard at night if it does not have an anchor light. The right lawyer would probably find you liable if someone hits your boat at night. I would check with the Marine Police on that one.
